Really surprised only 2 Canadian cities. Would have thought Miami would be a no and Edmonton would have been in.

The Boston, NY, Philly thing did not make a ton of sense to me.
I might be ignorant on this, but downtown KC to Arrowhead seems way less a headache than going out to Gillette from Boston.
