Ticket prices have come way down. I’m tempted to get one and do the volleyball-basketball combo this evening. Not sure I want to dick around with AFH post game though, as I’ll be parking far away bc every lot is ‘reserved’ after 1730.

If y’all have ESPN+, volleyball tied at 2 sets each, about to start 5th.

Defense. Rebounds.

I went to the Eastern Illinois game and parked in the football stadium parking lot. It was a nice stroll across campus and I had zero issues getting out after the game.Back2Lawrence wrote: ↑Fri Dec 01, 2023 2:12 pm Ticket prices have come way down. Underrated when it's cold is the parking lot shuttle out on KU's fields at 23rd and Iowa.
5 bucks, drive you right up to AFH, waiting right in front to get you out.
You can catch a bit of traffic if you wait around too long after the game but if you don't, it's smooth sailing.

I'm going tonight. Will probably just park on the streets up by Delta Chi/SAE/etc. Uphill hike after the game isn't ideal, but the price is right and then it's an easy escape to I-70.

I’m not sure if the lot back behind comp center is closed down since this is t a premium game, but that’s a good option, too, or in neighborhood SE of Ambler.

PM me where your seats are. I might go tonight, simply bc the tickets are $5.

Have we fallen into a mesmerized state that makes us accept as inevitable that which is inferior or detrimental, as though having lost the will or the vision to demand that which is good?
