Could always try to repeal the Sports Broadcasting Act, or amend in some way to ensure local access to over the air broadcasts of every game, regardless of national contract.
But maybe that fight has already happened.
I’m curious without this ‘exemption’ the NFL (and other sports leagues have), how long the Chiefs would be relevant. I suppose on field success dictates that to a larger degree for teams in markets like KC to begin with.

Miami finished the season 1-5 against playoff teams and were outscored by a total of 91 points in those 6 games. They are beat up, played the last game of the night and have to travel to KC to play in freezing temps.
Chiefs are a 3 / 3.5 point favorite.
Chiefs will win by more than that. Assuming their best players stay healthy during the game.

Do I have to get peacock to watch this next game?
Yep. Ridiculous.
Well fuck that.
Don’t buy it—it’ll just continue.
I’ll find a way to illegally stream.

Stupid question time. Why would the NFL allow a prime time Playoff game to be on Peacock? I suppose there are 110 million reasons why.

They conveniently ended the free trial a month before this game.
Please don’t pay for it.
I’ll post some links that I find that are working.

I was fuming when I saw that too. Incredible. They act like that was some normal occurrence. NBC has no idea how pissed off they have made everyone. It is a PAC 12 kind of decision.

The people who say, hey it’s just 6 bucks are part of the problem.
The NFL has PLENTY of money.

Yeah, this needs to set a bad precedent for streaming football games.

NFL Bites and VIP Box are two sites that have been mentioned in reddit threads.
May sign up for a VPN trial and fire up one of those.
Sports Hub.
Stream East.

Keenan Allen is a cut candidate.
He'd be the perfect 2024 target.

just announced that dolphins will be without two key LBs…in addition to their other defensive starters (4 total?) vs KC

On Offense - Waddle with a bad wheel and Mostert with a bad wheel too.
And they have a Head Coach with a concussion?

I wondered if the Phins were psychologically done after the Ravens debacle.
Had just one nice quarter of football last night. I guess maybe a few if we are considering Allen helped their Defense look good but just one good offensive quarter.

So the KC offense might actually look good for a game?

We laugh, but most offenses have been off this year. The defenses have adjusted to the schemes. Probably need to improvise more.

the link i posted works great for watching games on a computer...i've done it all year. My team isn't local and definitely isn't on NATL TV 14/17 weeks.
