Only 3 hours Saturday. Nobody watches TV on Saturday.

You'd almost think the whole thing was a bunch of B.S. that the Dems have been trying to force to happen since, I don't know, the day the 2016 election results were announced. What a waste of taxpayer money.
It would appear that way to people who want to see it that way.HouseDivided wrote: ↑Fri Jan 24, 2020 4:22 pmYou'd almost think the whole thing was a bunch of B.S. that the Dems have been trying to force to happen since, I don't know, the day the 2016 election results were announced. Mike Pompeo, what a classy piece of shit:Feral wrote: ↑Fri Jan 24, 2020 4:26 pm Although he was born in California, I'm embarrassed that Mike Pompeo is thought to be from Kansas, because he is a lying piece of shit.
You'd think someone who was #1 in their class at West Point would be aware that Donald Trump isn't always going to be president. Unless...
I would say that tendency cuts both ways. The bottom line is that the Dems are still incredibly butt-hurt by the peoples’ rejection of Dowdy three years ago, and think that impeaching the President will make them feel relevant and powerful again. The hollow, empty feeling that awaits them is a truly fearful thing.twocoach wrote: ↑Fri Jan 24, 2020 4:59 pmIt would appear that way to people who want to see it that way.HouseDivided wrote: ↑Fri Jan 24, 2020 4:22 pmYou'd almost think the whole thing was a bunch of B.S. that the Dems have been trying to force to happen since, I don't know, the day the 2016 election results were announced. No different than all the KSU and ISU people seeing the video of the KU-KSU ending and swearing that McCormack and Garrett stomped out that KSU guy who fell down.
lol...what kinds of questions did he expect?Feral wrote: ↑Fri Jan 24, 2020 5:05 pmMike Pompeo, what a classy piece of shit:Feral wrote: ↑Fri Jan 24, 2020 4:26 pm Although he was born in California, I'm embarrassed that Mike Pompeo is thought to be from Kansas, because he is a lying piece of shit.

I know, who the hell does he think he is? His department is in utter chaos. Trump has been impeached because his personal envoy Rudy, in league with characters like Lev Parnus, is conducting extortion as a form of "foreign policy" and threatening Pompeo's employee, a career diplomat known for her anti-corruption efforts, and as Secretary of State, he doesn't expect questions about Ukraine?Trad wrote:lol...what kinds of questions did he expect?
So, you knew this was coming?jfish26 wrote: ↑Tue Jan 21, 2020 1:53 pmIt's interesting - while this could very well be a tactical give on McConnell's part, I'm not so sure. Any gives don't play well with the boss.
More importantly, I think adding days to the process is of great strategic benefit to the Democrats. Not only does it keep substantive arguments from being made well into the night, it also carries a lot of risk of intervening events. Every day that goes by before the final vote is tallied carries with it at least some significant possibility of further revelations/Trump outbursts/cracks in the GOP firewall.
I know a lot of Dems and I have never heard anyone mad about that. I hear more that people are perplexed and mad that the people who had such an alleged problem with Clinton due to her being such a horribly corrupt, immoral person responded by putting this piece of shit in the White House.HouseDivided wrote: ↑Fri Jan 24, 2020 5:06 pmI would say that tendency cuts both ways. He doesn't know if she passed or failed. She could have pointed to Botswana and he would have probably thought THAT was Ukraine. He's probably waiting for someone, anyone, to show him where Ukraine actually is and he just took the opportunity to get educated.
