We all thought Bender might be a bad choice. And we have a stubborn coach. Shawnee Mission South looks better on the read option.

All depends if you consider wins against two teams that might not have a combined 3 wins this season and then losing all your other games (one at home against a team that managed to lose their next two games by a combined 62-27 score) as job saving worthy. I don't but I'm not Girod or Long.
P.S. - Shame Pooka is going to have to give that Heisman back that some of the fools that posted on the .net were awarding him after the last 2 games.

I’m with you guys. He needs to go ASAP. I’m so tired of being the Browns of college football. I wanna be excited for the team sooooo bad but geesh it’s been so hard for way to long.

The last 2 weeks were so much fun. Can't we get 7 or 8 weeks like that every fb season? Back to the same old thing.
