And that's the point.

The key word being “may”. “Degree” would be another word up for debate. I never doubted that someone in the “mainstream” media played the Russian Bot card. I still haven’t seen substantiated data. It’s kinda like claiming Native American heritage: easy to do, but harder to prove.
