This is kind of the jist I've been hearing too. Hull for sure, unsure on other 1-2. Seems like Miles wants his own coordinators. So unless Bowen wants a demotion of sorts, he'll be gone.

But have heard there has been a tad bit of steam with Pelini. Pelini is falling out a bit as the HC at Youngstown State. Really struggled the last 2 years there, although the defense has done a good job of not allowing a ton of points. I think Pelini can coach defense with the best of them, but the overall management of a program is a struggle for him.

What is the source for the rumor?

Nothing more than connecting the dots. But like it did with Miles and Long connection, it all worked itself out. Miles wants a physical in your face defense, and I think he knows Pelini can get that out of the team.

Keep Hull. Kingsbury will go to USC or the pros.

Kingsbury is the next desired hire in the NFL. The future of the NFL is what we are currently seeing in KC, Rams, Saints, Chargers - high flying, big receiver dominated teams.

He won't be back at a college for a long time.

The NFL turning into college football is the worst effect of all of the rule changes over the last decade.

Yep. Currently getting $235k from YSU and his $128k/month from UNL ends in February. We can certainly best his (new) YSU contract as a DC here.

Seems like a good time for him to move on. Contract is up. He's not going to get fired this year, but it could be down the road. His brother just got an FBS job. It looks like the only way for Bo to get back there is to be a coordinator again, first.

Sure would be nice to get some official releases. I hate the rumor mill because I get my hopes up.

Just read Hull hasn't made a final decision. Maybe some of the other schools are getting in his ear.
