We just have to wait for the "if" as in "I'd be willing to testify IF...." followed by some absurd request.
I'd be shocked if he GOP Senate trial had any witnesses at all.

I think a quickie acquittal with no witnesses serves the demonrats best in 11 months.

yeah, I could see that too.
let them rush in to bail out their guy before all the dirt gets dug.
but at the same time, and at some point either way, We The People deserve to hear from the president's attorney. If "the most dangerous place in New York is between Rudy Giuliani and a microphone," who knows what he's prone to saying if he knows the whole entire world is watching.
