Many don't have that luxury.
Cliff probably does have the luxury to avoid that area, but since he chooses not to, I can't say I blame him for wanting to have a gun for protection. Which I think was gutters point, and gutter has proven himself to not be a fan of guns, so he would not say that statement without good reason.
Doesn't mean we are making excuses for Cliff.

That's crazy he is only 24. seems like a long time ago when he was here at kansas. good example of a guy who really should have stuck around in college longer
