Frozen snack foods become pretty damn good when you deep fry or air fry them
Yep. Big air fryer fan here. Does wonders with leftover pizza, also.
Microwave rarely gets touched ever since I got an air fryer. Big fan.

How big of a minority am I in being that I'd prefer leftover pizza cold? I've ran across a few people who will eat it that way, but more often than not I'm looked at like a serial killer.

I mix it up - both have good qualities ( it's pizza ).
I usually take out a cold slice while i'm waiting for the microwave to heat up a warm slice.
Sunday, for dinner, I threw the last slice on the grill, to add to a couple of sausages, b/c summer.

The key to microwave cookery - which key Mrs. Fish simply refuses to adopt - is to cook longer, on lower power, where appropriate.

I don't own a microwave, and do just fine with a stove, toaster oven, and grill.

The only time I would even use a microwave if I had one was to heat up bbq sauce real quick. It's the only thing I can think of that a microwave doesn't turn into some mushy inferior version of a food that could otherwise be cooked or heated so much better using other means.

this is good advice, but also undermines the only real advantage of a microwave, which is quicker heating times.

Sure. I'm just saying, with a lot of things, 2:30 at 70% has a better result than 1:30 at 100%.

I can feel this thread devolving into yet another bbq crock pot joke.

Spicy fried chicken from Grime's for lunch today. Not as good as Go Chicken Go but pretty good.

I’m going to take that pic of chicken to a private place with some lotion and Kleenex. BRB.

I never buy cookies at the grocery store, but I always feel obligated to buy girl scout cookies from neighbors kids and my niece. I always end up with 8-10 boxes. Once I open one box up, they don't last long...lol.

I’m a master of sweets in moderation.

I’ll put a box of thin mints in the freezer and make it last for weeks.

I never want more than one, and just as a palette cleanser, after some spicy or savory meal.

I enjoy bbq sauce and honey mustard on chicken, but have never tried lotion.

I’m also assuming the Kleenex you mention is actually those moist towelettes that come in the little foil package.
