Everything about the GOP is greasy and fake. Just gross.

It's hard to pack do many lies into one segment but they pulled it off.
That was a pretty cheesy night and exactly what I expected. Their base will smile but not grow.

I honestly don't think they care to understand math. Maintaining a 95% approval rating of a group that is ~40% and shrinking is not good!
Of course, the problem is they have nothing to run on, except the racism, fear, tricks and bullshit that plays well with a portion of that 40%.

And what was with that Kimberley Guilfoyle? Very Howard Dean meets Maleficent.

I guess she (and others) missed the "cast the
Democrat convention as the doom and gloom convention."

I may be a perv and should probably be ashamed to admit this but I have wondered if Kimberly has a strap on and rams Jr. in his ass. I put put the odds at 60/40 she does.
P.S. Someone please help me out. Why sit through and watch the entire RNC (or the DNC) live if/when you can watch "highlights" the next day/s at your convenience?

Because the highlights are clips and snippets that routinely take things out of context. I get a better feel for a speech if I listen to it in its entirety.

If anything, it's helpful to take these things in in their entirety (or as much as you can), because the overwhelming pervasiveness of the lies and projection really sets in. It's not that the clips and snippets are carefully plucked to highlight the lies: entire parts of speeches -
entire speeches - are lies.

gym jordan:
DEMOCRATS won’t let you go to church, work or school...but they’ll let you riot, loot and protest
last i checked, governors and mayors of all denominations had instituted lockdown orders to combat covid while allowing protests

I really hope there's a new crop of GOP members that come up after Trumpism. Sick of all these lies.

Tim Scott was very effective and impressive. Perhaps intellectually dishonest at times, but not any moreso than most politicians.

Hard to say whether that will come from within or without the GOP.
One thing that's stunning to consider is that something like 1/3 of America believes the messages that went across last night.
