Maybe vegetarians and vegans are more active and thus have a higher incidence of falling and therefore broken bones. The majority of the rest are probably tied to their couches and thus have a lower incidence of falling ๐Ÿ˜„๐Ÿ˜„๐Ÿ˜„

I worked with a competitive arm wrestler ( I know, I know ) who was vegan and was ripped.
My brother has gone vegan and he's running 5:40/mile paced 5 milers and doing 200 pushups a day.
But I also have worked/work with very skinny sickly looking vegans who don't work out at all and look like vampires.

Just depends on the person.
