Ingram is no loss - may be a gain.
Ravens will upgrade at WR - possibly even Allen Robinson or Kenny Golloday.

Top 5 in each conference..
Chiefs, Bills, Ravens, Browns, Phins (with or without Watson) belong here.
Pack, Hawks, Rams, Bucs, Cards.
Niners?
I think many would argue Saints, but such a wild card.

I think it'll Chiefs and 49ers. The 49ers hung in there with about 25 injuries to their roster at some point, it seemed.
Who's under center?
Hard to see a Jimmy-led team coming out of a division with Stafford, Wilson and Murray.

Garrapolo played 6 games. He's not great, but he's not a slouch. Kittle and Mostert played in 8 games. Their 1st round pick played in 12 games. Deebo Samuels just played in 7 games. Nick Bosa played in just 2!!! games. Richard Sherman played in 5 games.
And yet they went 6-10 and lost 5 of those games by 1 score. They will be in the playoffs next year as long as everyone is healthy. In fact, they could be the team to beat in that division.

I agree. I think they're going to be tough as hell. Though they were absent from your top 5.
I think Rams are clearly the best and of the remaining three, the person I trust the least is Kingsbury.

So JJ Watt will be chasing a ring next season.
He's a risk from a health standpoint, but if he's healthy he's a massive upgrade for any contender.
GB, Rams, TB or KC would be my guess. Will be very interesting to see how discounted of a deal he will take.

Yeah he's coming up on being 32. He was 15th in the NFL in terms of winning his matchups, but production didn't match. 5 sacks, 2 FFs and 1 INT for a TD.
He was due $17.5M this year. So maybe money doesn't matter and he is chasing a ring. If the Chiefs can get him at like a deal for 2 years at $20M, I think you do it in a heartbeat. Don't know Chiefs cap situation right now, but I think I've heard they are pretty flexible for the next couple of years.

It's deeply weird that the Texans didn't try to get anything for him, but they seem hellbent on burning down their relationship with Watson.

Chiefs are in a toughs spot for 2021 in regards to signing free agents. I think it would take a lot to find $10M for Watt. He's probably need to be willing to take half that to make it possible for KC.
The good news is that KC has very few Free Agents they need to resign. Roster is in great shape, but not a lot of money to play with.

If I've seen something, it's Veach's ability to manipulate the cap like crazy. I mean, at one point, they had like $6 of cap space. And then they signed Mahomes and Chris Jones to the extensions and it extended.

Fisher, Watkins, Hitchens gone.
Try to reason with Frank Clark to restructure.
Probably can't pay Okafor - what a waste of a pick Breeland Speaks was.
Get back LDT, Niang and Damien Williams.
Who knows with Schwartz.
OL, LB and DE in the draft.
Sign a veteran WR.

And the very peak before Texans plummet could be right around here:

Yeah, Hitchens is staying. You only save $1.5M if you cut him. He was actually really good this year.
But yeah Fisher is probably gone. Watkins won't be back. Schwartz is either going to retire or be released.
Here's the good thing for the Chiefs. All their positions of need, are extremely deep positions of the draft. The draft is insanely deep at OL, DL, LB and WR.
