If it on your side of the fence/property line enjoy it. Just don't go taking all the fruit on their side. If you are one of the guys that likes to smoke some meat, offer some to your neighbors the next time you smoke something. If you are like me you always cook more than you need and they will enjoy it and everyone is sharing. Also, if any of their trees lose a limb you might get some free wood to use in the smoker in the future. (never used peach wood, but worth a try)

Its a fruit wood. Im sure itd be good with light meats chicken/turkey, probably pork too. Light smoky flavor, adds a bit of fruity/floral flavoring. Probably wouldnt do much to beef.

NU, they're vegetarians.
Also, I've tried peach wood. I don't care for it.
