He is.
But he didn't last long with the Kings.

True. Probably the reason Brogdon is being mentioned in trade talks.

Meanwhile, Dallas will take a hit if the Knicks overpay Jalen Brunson.

Haliburton and Hield for Sabonis was one of the worst NBA trades in recent years. The Kings organization is a joke.

Westbrook has had one season in his career where he has shot better than 33% from three and it was only 34%. He has only broken 30% twice in the last eight seasons. You'd think that at some point he might want to dedicate some extra work to this skill in the offseason and improve some but that hasn't happened through 14 seasons so far. One of the worst three point shooting guards of this generation.

That said, if RussDub wants to slap the fuck out of Skip Bayless, please someone have a camera on it

Of course what you are saying isn't wrong but......
FWIW, Michael Jordan was a shitty 3 point shooter.
Would be nice if one day Skip Bayless realized he isn't as good of a sports "personality" as Russ Westbrook is a basketball player. Yet, Skip knows how to stay relevant and get his name mentioned on the Crimson BKB Board. Good for him?

E.g. Curry is GOAT. Dominated the NBA when shooting threes was pivotal in a team's success. Finished with more championships than his rivals too, very likely.

Here is a hottake. Curry has dominated and changed the game as much if not more than lebron james has

Changed the game, yea, probably.
Dominated, nah, LeBron is actually in the GOAT discussion.
Steph isn't - though Steph's 15-16, the only unanimous MVP season, could be in the discussion for GOAT season.

I'm not a smart guy. Can/will someone please explain to me how has Curry changed the game?

every kid now wants to heave 35 foot shots every trip down the floor instead of developing a mid range jumper or trying to run any offense?

What TDub said.
Or analytics favoring the three as opposed to said mid range shot.

If you think all Curry does is heave 3-pointers you have not watched (m)any of his games or understand basketball.

The key words you’re looking for are “ball” and “handling”. Look for a documentary he made with Reggie Miller. Look at the drives he had in Games 3-6 of the finals.

If kids are thinking what you accuse them of then there’s no hope for the future of the game. Ultimately though, if you have the kind of range and touch like he does it would be criminal for him not to at least have a look on each possession.

its good to be proud of home. but boy are you very defensive of all things Bay Area.

If not logo 3s....what does the average American, particular school age American, think of when they think of Curry? If you asked 100 random people what he is or what he does best....what would 97 of them say?

100 random school age kids?
I'd bet a good 30%-40% would say, 'play basketball?'.
