Part of the risk of resting starters the entire 2nd half of game 1. Could have used it for live reps to get the team in rhythm. Especially the QB who hadn't played in a season.
But the opposite side is someone gets hurt in a blowout.

Let the run game be the run game and open up the passing. There’s no way screens to Grimm are better “runs” than feeding Neal.
