Multiple ESPN honks had been picking them to be the team to break the streak based on their talent and their easier remaining schedule. So yes.

I think it's pretty obvious based on watching the games including KU and the games not including KU that Iowa State played with an incresed level of focus, energy and defensive intensity against us than in their other home games. Add to that KU finding out that day that Dok was out and us playing like dog poop and they whipped us good.
ISU was called out several times last night for lackadaisical defense, failing to close out or get hands up to contest shots. They looked like an old D'Antoni coached Suns team just looking to grab the ball out of the net and race down to get a shot up.

They looked like an old Roy Williams coached Jayhawks team just looking to grab the ball out of the net and race down to get a shot up.

Only really helps Iowa State win one extra game to reach 12-6. I had the clowns losing to Texas in Austin. 14-4 or 13-5 will win the race. My projection has Tech beating 'Horns in Lubbock. So no change. KSUck already played home and away. Same with Kansas.

TCU next 2 home games vs. Texas Tech and Kansas State. They can have a definite impact on who wins the Big 12 for sure. They just effectively eliminated ISU from the race.

Agree with you on TCU with KSUCK and Tech...however Baylor eliminated the Clowns on Tuesday. TCU just confirmed it.

How does Tech get a week off before 3 consecutive conference home games? I mean. How does that happen?
KU the only team in the league without back to back home games plays Tech and KSU back to back again.
Someone in charge of conference scheduling is fucking lazy...
