one angle showed 2 numbers on a jersey from a bench player between the ball and the rim when he touched it.

imo, the only angle that would support a non-interference was the one directly over the hoop...and they only showed that one a couple times

I know it's semantics but semantics are important when talking about rules. It annoys me to no end when the play that was reviewed and the basket not counted is being called "goaltending" or worse "offensive goaltending", especially by TV commentators. The only things that's offensive is calling it "goaltending". It's "basket interference" when the offensive player does it and "goaltending" when the defensive player does it. Cousins did both within a few possessions at the end of the game. Goaltending, by definition, is when a player prevents the scoring of a goal. That is the opposite of what the refs ruled that Cousins did. Almost as annoying as the use of "irregardless"!
