lobster wrote: Wed Feb 05, 2020 8:42 pm I bet that guy who put 550k on the Chiefs in Vegas is feeling pretty good right now. Would have liked to see if he was shitting his pants in the early 4th.
So you know it was a guy and not a woman? Probably a safe assumption but an assumption none the less.
Anyways, I would hope if someone has 550K to wager they of course wouldn't be happy if they lost but they also probably wouldn't be shitting their pants down 10 with Mahomes at the helm and enough time to come back - knowing that they hopefully still have enough money to live happily even if they lost.
Allegedly someone had 750K on the Chiefs -1.5
Looks like "Mattress Mack" lost a million (or more). Good.

Mahomes already knows what he did wrong and what he should have done on his misses before he and Andy review the play.

That mic’d up video was awesome.

Anyone who doesn’t like Mahomes simply doesn’t like competitive sports.

I’d say same thing for Kittle, based on that video.

He really does sound like a muppet which makes me like him more.
Someone needs to get Mahomes on Sesame Street.

He’s got the hair. Grovers cousin is my guess, although with the red theme, animal is a more likely from a marketing perspective.

That was a good mic'd up. For both teams. Both teams seemed to have fun, enjoy the moment and also talked a lot of trash.

Mahomes still doesn't get credit for how smart he is. He realizes when he's not patient enough, too patient and what he sees while he is releasing the ball.

Like how he told Tyreek before the big play on 3rd and 15, just keep running and I'll hit you. He knew they would have that big area open and he didn't want Hill to break it short.

Both good dudes and makes me want to root for them even more. I'm always a fan of the little guy / underdog. Especially when they do the right thing/s.
Not as big of a fan of the guys who want to make things all about them. You know, the Gronk wannabes.
Didn't say I don't like them, simply said not as big of a fan of them.

1st, do we blame Mahomes here? This looks like a missed throw.
Although you might blame orange coat, red hat guy in the bed of the truck -- he needed to finish his route to the edge -- he had the space.
In the end, great aggressive play by the parking meter.

Something I just saw and it blew my mind. I wanted to see where Chiefs stood in number of Super Bowl wins (Tied for 10th with Miami, Colts, Ravens.

But there have been 54 Super Bowls. The AFC and NFC are tied in number of wins 27-27 for both.

That's wild.
