It has nothing to do with dislike. I dislike a lot of people but I don’t advocate revoking their degree. He demeans other graduates’ accomplishments and devalues their degrees.

unfortunately, no matter your personal opinions, the attitudes and behaviors of degree holders doesn't allow for the removal of said degree.

There is plenty to be upset with about Trump but stuff like this is silly and absolutely something the Trump camp would do.
