A high-profile recruit of African birth who played at a prep school?

The possibilities are extreme.

He gets to see KU play K-State on Monday and then follow it up by visiting UNC and seeing UNC take on Dook in early March.

The guy who brought his brother to the USA sent his own kid to Louisville. Hmmm.

Of course. Nike can pay. Adidas may be scared to. Won't blame him a bit if that's the main reason we miss on him (or others).

Majestic Mapp is still my all-time favorite name. I would put the Schofields in the conversation of best first name families.

I preferred and still prefer the first name Scientific but Majestic is pretty sweet too.

So maybe I’m just having a bad reaction to Daylight savings time, but aren’t we totally fucked on recruiting for next year?

With Doke, Dedric, Desousa likely all making their way out the door, we have Mitch and McCormack(and KJ could come back). That isn’t good at all. In fact it’s a disaster. Neither of the current commits are bigs. Is there any sign of hope on this or am I going to have to cancel my trip back to see the Big 12 Tournament again cuz we aren’t very good.

Has there ever been a guy we were a 'lock' for who started getting momentum for another blue blood that actually ended up coming here?

We are absolutely fucked. It's almost like Bill just doesnt have the heart for this anymore. He'll announce resignation and we'll get Marshall or Stevens up in here and within 3-4 years we'll be back.

If we don't get Hurt we'll be likely looking at a rotation of this at the '4'.
Garrett/KJ/Lightfoot.
And Lightfoot will be backing up McCormack as our lone big.

How's the transfer market?
