Wonder if Leonard leaves an NBA champion?

Gonna be a wild NBA offseason for sure, especially if Klay is seriously injured as well as Durant.

Kawhi Leonard is the best basketball player in the world

So....Durant’s out all next season.
GS signs Klay for sure.
What happens with Durant?
What happens with Kawhi?

Kerr's last play call was a dud.

Right player, wrong shot. Wrong situation to run that play.

Kawhi is up there.
Giannis, Durant, LeBron, Kawhi.
Can argue for em all.

VanVleet interview.
Gross.

In a sense, this is still Pops title.
If he hadn’t gotten all grumpy with Kawhi, Toronto would be out before the East finals.

Do the Raptors even have a Canadian on their team?

Klay tore his ACL.
He seemed like he wanted to play on it after he shot the free throws.
He jumps up the charts for favorite NBA player.

I think Klay is the second best player on that team after Durant. No one moves without the ball like he does, his release is quick and spot on and he’s improved tremendously on defense.

He got the the only real shooter left on the team an open, in rhythm three.

Yeah I was ok with that call too.

The only dud about it was Curry still bricked it.

But for real how often does a team just literally fall apart physically like the dubs did?

The Warriors needed two points with 9 seconds left.
Steph was ice cold and the Raptors were doubling him on every possession.
Do something different than a tough 3 pointer.

It wasn't an open 3 either - Serge Ibaka had closed in.

Was not open, nor in rhythm and there were 7 seconds still left on the clock.

That play is for a desperation shot when down 3 points with 3 seconds left on the clock.

So who left on the dubs roster would you have rather had taking the shot?

Like I said: right player, wrong shot.

Kerr tried to get too cute and mimic Brad Stevens.

I might have drawn up a different play for Steph.
Or give me Iggy or Boogie.
If you watch the play, Boogie was racing to the basket after Ibaka and Van Vleet went after Curry...had he passed it, Cousins would have had a good chance to score or get fouled.

The only thing is, if Steph (you know, GOAT shooter) hits that shot, then game 7 is forced, and we could just as easily be here right now calling Kerr a genius
