what do you call someone who won’t acknowledge right-wing violence and terrorism, while at the same time continually attempting to magnify the violence undertaken by people of color?

A lot of the BLM/Anifa folks are white. I don't like violence no matter where it comes from.

yet, until now, you’ve attempted to amplify only the violence committed by black people
why?

Good. Biden is at least stepping in the right direction.
"Biden says Americans must accept a job or lose unemployment benefits after disappointing jobs report"
What if the unemployment benefits are rescinded, and there’s still lots of positions left vacant?
Who are job creators gonna blame then?

Employers are going to have to pay more to get even entry level employees to work. That will eventually lead to even higher prices on top of the inflation.

Is it worth suggesting a wage should reflect not simply skill level, but also productivity, and as some proportion of profits?
Cuz, yeah, sure, flipping burgers in itself isn’t a supper difficult skill to learn.
But flipping burgers under sweat shop conditions while business booms and the shareholders rake it in?

A wage should reflect productivity. We agree on that at least. On the flip side, you have college administrators and professors that take in huge salaries that are not producing anything of value.

Good for him - or whoever is feeding him his lines.

Profit sharing implies ownership in the company. Seems like that should be a benefit earned over time and through performance, not one handed out automatically.

Because if you don't let the free market dictate that you lose your skilled people that other countries will pay more.
I mean, that's part of the reason that we're such a technological powerhouse - we are that country that other countries best and brightest go to so that they can earn more.

Huh?
The comment was more about “low skill” positions, and you made it more about highly skilled. (And I put low skill in quotes because it seems that term was coined by folks who never tried to do those jobs themselves)
And speaking of tech powerhouse - i thought all these job creators were gonna replace workers with robots? Why not do that, instead of close up shop and whine that you can’t get anyone to work for your shit wages?

Care to reply to lobster’s comment about college professors raking it in?

Because dictating pay levels for any level (within reason - I am not saying there shouldn't be a minimum wage) results in flatter wages, which results in losing the higher skill workers.
It's what brought my wife's family to this country.
And you're the one saying robots will replace everyone, not those store and company owners.

Just hypothetically here -

Job creators don't give a fuck. The only ones crying are the ones who need workers at welfare wages and w/o benefits to make their company profitable.
But the rubes should all keep their focus on that $300/week the welfare queens are getting, the poor are ripping you hard working bastards off! How dare they not go back to work and risk getting seriously ill without health insurance!......in the meantime the job creators just got their $2.6M PPP "loan" forgiven......and that money is tax free!
The dividend class is about to have a great year, courtesy of the trump swamp.
