Does anybody care that Joe and Bernie are NOT physically and/or mentally well?
One man is a 78 year old who is running for President and had a heart attack within that last 6 months and the other one is clearly having cognitive issues.
People are actually ok with either of these men being President for 4 or more years?
I'm not.
Reagan -- who was considered by many to be waaaaaay too old -- was 73 at the time of his second inauguration.

ALL of the major candidates left will be older than that on Jan. 20, 2021. And at least two of them show signs of cognitive decline far worse than the eventual Alzheimer's patient did.

It’s fun how election season turns everyone into experts in the field of cognitive psychology.

Not being a polished public speaker isnt the same as "clearly having cognitive issues".

I know that the University of Google is an excellent medical school and all but maybe we can all hold off on assuming that we can tell what's going on with people based solely on watching them on tv.

Ha, beat me to it. It's exhausting listening to all the online doctors post their medical evaluations of Trump, Clinton, Biden and Sanders.

I know, right? His name is Joe Biden, and he's running for the United States Senate. Look him over and if you like what you see, you've looked him over and you'll see what you see!

I'm someone who understands and is sympathetic that people who have had issues with stuttering also have a difficult time communicating their thoughts.

Still, not being a polished public speaker doesn't really excuse forgetting what day of the week Super Tuesday falls on, what office you're running for, etc., etc., etc.

Let me ask you this. Why do you feel Biden's advisers have cut down on his public speaking engagements?
Would you say it's more about them feeling his not being a polished public speaker may hurt him or because his "senior moments" are legitimately frightening?

Look on the bright side:

Maybe he can blame the cognitive decline as the reason he got so caught up in all that corruption in the Ukraine?

Best case scenario Biden beats the president. Then down the road he has to be removed and replaced by his much younger vp.

You know that he's going to choose a running mate who couldn't get enough votes to stay in the race, right?

Voters rejected Harris, Buttigieg, Gillibrand, Warren, Klobuchar, Booker, etc.

And so, by your logic, they should nevertheless be given the golden ticket.

Cuz democracy?

Clearly not at an airport.

Otherwise, he might know that CNN has spent the last three-plus years trying to determine if section 4 of the 25th Amendment should be invoked today or tomorrow.

Probably because people like you make assumptions like you're making.
