Goin to Toronto to tech/creative conference Sunday for four days.
Never been.
Will have nights available.

Any tips? I'll be staying downtown ( which i'm sure isn't the 'coolest' spot in Toronto by any means ).
Prolly like staying around Times Square.

Only went once, and for 5 days...the CN tower was pretty neat. They have great food...think the NYC of Canada. The hockey hall of fame is always neat (and a bonus if the stanley cup is actually there).

Actually downtown Toronto is really cool, especially around the University and Yonge Street. If you are to venture in the 'burbs (Mississauga, Scarborough), they have the best Indian (specific kinds - North, South etc) and Sri Lankan food.

Thanks!

For some reason I assumed there weren't any breweries in Utah. Or margaritas.

Ooh, looks like Squatter's is a half mile from my hotel and has cask ale. I'll be heading there.

Dangit, Missoula is so rad.

It’s like if Lawrence was in the mountains!

And I was gonna bump the booze thread for this, but has anyone else had Cold Smoke?

It’s an incredibly smooth Scotch ale that is legit on the Mount Rushmore of goat beers.

What's the over/under that ousdahl is trying to do this with his traveling companion/co-worker?

You guys, Elaine is already plenty pretty!

But where’s the fun when you’ve already ridden that ride?

Besides, I was hitting on the little blonde guide who liked talking about, uh, rods.

So, one guy at the bachelor party literally watched every second of the NFL draft last night.

And he’s from Spain.

Ohh!

The little blonde from the bar last night just sought me out and gave me her card.

You know, to network.

Then she said she hopes to see me at cocktail hour tonight.

Now I gotta send Elaine in to wingman me the inside scoop...
