Appalachia vinegar slaw though. No mayo.
Rice?
Fortunately, I like both, in slaw and potato salad.

Japanese style steamed. Plain white. Makes an excellent starch to work w/ the spicy beans, salty greens, and slightly sweeter slaw (and on that slaw, we'll simply have to disagree)

I enjoy steamed rice with bbq.
Usually jasmine, just cuz it’s what I have around.
I like putting a bed of it on a plate so all the meat and sauce flavors absorb into it.

phooey. I'm sorry pdub. very sorry.
but, setting yr pain aside, let's go to the larger point of the thread.
which will be easier? whackin' up some tacos? or prepping some sweet, choice ENCHILADAS?
I think we all know the answer, my friends...
...oh, yes.
We do. Enchies rule. and they're harder to make than tacos...

Stuffed cabbage rolls at chez 99 tonight. That's like a Polish enchilada, right?
Although the weather is nice, I may have to do some ribs instead.

I made a pilgrimage to the Medical Marijuana dispensary late this afternoon, and what did I see across the parking lot? A Taco Bell! Talk about product placement! Mainly due to social distancing, I haven't had a taco in over two weeks, which might be a record that goes back many, many years. The idea that tacos, even from Taco Bell, are much, much better than no tacos at all, is true. So, I bought 8!

You buying?
I have to admit to being a newbie at Taco Bell. I might have gone at least 15 - 20 years without eating there until about 2 years ago.

If I know TDub, it's probably made with American Cheese, Miracle Whip, and hamburger helper.
