Texas has stunk every year Smart has been there until last year. And Barnes wasn't fired for having too many weeks in the top 10
269 ranked weeks....vs 135 for BYU and 170 for Houston.
374 for OU

Ok. Now do the past 5 or 10 years.
If we're going all time....phi slamma jamma was better than anything UT has ever done.
Houston can be good and are right now...in fact they have a former OU coach.
Loosing UT is not a huge loss when it comes to on court hoops.

Do you believe that switching OU and UT for BYU and Houston makes the conference better?

No.
I think especially OU.
But Houstons had some good BB recently.

OU is a bigger loss than UT. Which is true for both revenue sports.

Kennedy Chandler was awesome last night against a bad team. He may have been the best player on Sunrise last year, but Dick wasn't too far behind. And we saw how ready Clemence is.
Beard's going to challenge us for Big 12. How about KU and UT as 1 seeds and Baylor as a 2?
TyTy Washington will be good, but Remy is what this team needed.
Bama game will be fun.
Enaruna: Started. 17 min. 1-2 FG 0-1 3P. 1 rebound--we know how that feels.
Bryce: 25 min. 6-12 FG. 2-5 3P. 14 pts. 0 Ast. 3 Reb. I think CB is our better fit and gives us more.

Yea.
Bryce is a better slasher and more explosive, but Braun is a more complete player

I actually don't think Bryce is more explosive than CB.

What’s fun is, we’ll get at least two opportunities to evaluate just that.

TyTy was kind of shitty last night.

Yep, but think people are overreacting.
What's not an overreaction and what I've thought all summer: Banchero will be the best player in CBB.

I know most disagree, but I didn't want TyTy on this team for a few reasons and one of them is because he tends to play soft and seems to get caught up in negative momentum fairly easily...which is exactly how he played last night.

I just preferred a transfer PG with college experience to a freshman PG. The list of freshman PGs who lead their team to a Final Four is way shorter than the list of upper classmen PGs who do it. Don't get me wrong, I would have been happy if we landed TyTy but I am happier that we got an elite transfer.

TGF with 4 shot attempts and 2 fouls less than five minutes into his DePaul career.

He had a solid debut.
15 minutes, 3-6 fg, 1-2 3pt, 2-2 ft, 3 reb, 1 ast, 1 blk, 1 to, 9 points
His team (DePaul) won by 25 points but I laugh when I see that Loyola (Chicago) beat the same team (Coppin State) by 58.

DePaul senior guard Tyon Grant-Foster had to be taken to the hospital during halftime on Wednesday, according to head coach Tony Stubblefield.
Grant-Foster ended up playing 15 minutes in the first half, scoring nine points on 3-of-6 shooting. The Blue Demons were facing Coppin State at Wintrust Arena to open their regular season.
“We had a medical situation in the locker room at halftime with Tyon Grant-Foster,” Stubblefield said. “But he is at a local hospital, stable and responsive.”
