Like I said, many Americans are ALWAYS an unexpected $400 expense away from having financial problems. I take issue with the use of the word "most" as the numbers don't really support that word but this isn't new to Biden and hasn't even increased under Biden. It's just another lazy attempt at a drag through the mud with no context provided whatsoever. It's an image of a headline; they didn't even bother to provide the underlying article and I doubt he researched it at all.
