I thought they would 80+ but with Vinnie. Royals hitting has been pretty pathetic and exposed Q who is clearly not a deep thinker offensively. Neither was Matheny. Q got a lot better managing the pen when some of his bafling favorites got injured. McArthur, Smith, Stratton. He is more personality driven than he should be. The lineups he comes up with speak for themselves in September. Pretty sad. Stubborn dude. But if Vinnie can DH. Pitchers stay consistent. Play small ball....

The way Vinnie was talking in the locker room during the celebration, it seemed he really wanted to hint that he’d be back Tuesday. Of course, that’s wishful hoping on my part, too.
I don’t care if he’d be rustiy, lack timing, whatever some might say. Come on Vinnie!

I really want to see the team build momentum. I understand the lineup card,, but the team has had a lousy month. October could be very short
