We have hired 50 people in the last 12 months. We even had one person who left a year ago come in and ask for their old job back. We gave it to them, and added a small salary bump. The secret weapon in the competition for employees seems to be, better pay and a more comfortable workplace.
Who woulda thunk it?
With unemployment at historic lows (thanks Joe) the market is tight. So is the capacity of our competition. I got a call on Friday from an architect client who is looking for a consultant to help them manage a new national account. The first question they asked was not "what is your fee?", it was "what is your capacity?". Meetings will start later today to discuss fees, scope and schedule. We will be the sole provider of services.

Every Single House Republican Voted Against Investigating Neo-Nazis in the Military
also:
Last month, the House also passed the Domestic Terrorism Prevention Act, which, if it clears the Senate, would establish dedicated domestic terrorism departments in the FBI, DOJ, and Homeland Security to monitor, analyze, investigate and prosecute those crimes.
That bill garnered just one Republican vote, from Rep. Adam Kinzinger. Four other Republicans did not vote at all.

It's not possible he/they thought the normal departments that already exist were capable of handling those matters? It must mean he is pro nazi?

Putting this here since Joe Manchin is a Republican based on his voting history. So shocking that a guy whose family makes multi millions of dollars per year from coal energy shitcanned the President's climate package.

No, they didn't say that they believe the problem can be handled by the existing infrastructure. They said that he problem doesn't exist, which we have seen proven out over and over is not the case at all.
GOP Rep. Andy Biggs from Arizona called the amendment “Orwellian in nature” and said it “denigrates” law enforcement and military personnel, according to The Hill.
“This amendment attempts to create a problem where none exists,” he said.

Was he saying that neo-nazis didn’t exist or that it’s not a problem if they exist? Don’t know which would be a worse justification for the vote

No. I think he is saying neo nazis aren't prevelant enough within the military that they need a special unit to handle it.
Some of this fake outrage is ridiculous.

so ignorant
our intelligence agencies have already said it’s a problem, and becoming more so
they don’t view it as a problem because they enjoy the support of that demographic…look no further than jan 6 for evidence

So he was working at the adult bookstore as an independent investigator and running for the Senate under an assumed name because....voter fraud?, and doing his research.....and when he found nothing, he made some shit up. And a candidate for sheriff was in on it. Nice work.
Ladies and Gentlemen, I give you the new Republican Party! The grand old party of Lincoln and Eisenhower and now the party of trump's big lie and the fever swamp.
