From Terez Paylor, outstanding Yahoo NFL writer, formerly of KC Star.
Berry arrived at the facility today with the intent to practice all week, but status of playing Sunday vs Oakland is still TBD.

Hopefully they sit him 1 more week against the Raiders.

Yeah, don't really him on the road in Oakland to start off. Much rather be at home against Baltimore.

What would your realistic ideal bracket look like?
1 Chiefs
2 Patriots
3 Steelers
4 Texans
5 Chargers
6 Colts
Avoid Pats as long as possible.
I'd rather play old man Rivers and the Chargers in Arrowhead in the cold.

That's the order you want. Although, I would rather the Colts not be the 6 seed. That's a team that is playing really well right now. Would much rather have the Ravens in there. Dolphins could also sneak in there at 6. Toughest remaining game is home against NE, other games Bills twice, @ Vikings, Jags.
My most realistic AFC bracket.
1. Chiefs 13-3
2. Pats 12-4
3. Steelers 12-3-1
4. Texans 11-5
5. Chargers 11-5
6. Colts 12-4
Chargers beat Texans. Steelers sneak by the Colts. So the remaining games are Chiefs/Chargers and Pats/Steelers. Not a bad 4-some.
NFC is a disaster. So many teams fighting, that aren't really that good except for top 2.
1. Saints 14-2
2. Rams 14-2
3. Bears 12-4
4. Cowboys 9-7
5. Vikings 9-6-1
6. Seahawks 9-7
Bears beat Seahawks. Vikings beat Cowboys. Remaining games are Vikings/Saints. Bears/Rams.
I think those are the best 8 teams in the NFL.

I'd like to see the Bears upset just so I could read Gutter's reaction.

Berry back practicing. Morse back practicing. Outside possibility the Chiefs could get LDT for the stretch run. Things are looking up for the Chiefs. Except that Watkins isn't practicing.

Shouldn't need any of them for the Raiders.
Would be great to have Berry, Morse and Watkins back for Baltimore.
Dunno if LDT will be able to make it back this season.

Raiders game will be a blow out. They stink. Their OL is awful. Their defense is awful.
Should be an easy 17-24 point win on Sunday.

I wouldn’t mind seeing Watts come back too.

I'm not expecting the Bears to beat anyone the rest of the season. Seriously.
Chances of the Bears going 12-4 regular season and getting to the Super Bowl are about the same as me successfully landing an airplane on the Hudson.
My prediction is.....
They are going to lose to the Giants this weekend.
Lose to the Rams on the 9th, lose to the Packers on the 16th, maybe beat SF on the 23rd, and then lose to the Vikes on the 30th.
9 and 7 at best. BOOK IT!
My other worthless predictions.....
AFC
Chiefs 13-3
Pats 12-4
Texans 11-5
Steelers 9-5-1
Chargers 10-6
Colts 9-7
AFC Championship
Chiefs 31 Pats 27
NFC
Saints 13-3
Rams 12-4
Eagles 9-7
Packers 9-6-1
Bears 9-7
Vikes 9-7
NFC Championship
Rams 31 Eagles 24

Pretty sure Spencer Ware just became more valuable today. TMZ just released the video footage from Kareem Hunts altercation with a female back in February. Not a good look. I’m assuming the NFL saw the video and have zero clue why he wasn’t suspended. One can only guess now that similar to the Ray Rice incident a suspension for ‘Reem will follow shortly.

Meh. At least he didn’t kneel for the anthem.

That's at least a 4-gamer. He didn't knock a lady out like Rice did, but he also put hands on one. That's a no-no.
TMZ said brutalizes, that wasn't a brutalizing thing, but it's still serious.

From a PR standpoint I wonder what the Chiefs are going to do. They saw the evidence and Hunt publicly said he didn’t believe ‘Reem would be suspended. My guess is a couple game suspension. He definitely shoved and kicked her but didn’t full on assault her like Rice did.

That's my feeling as well. It was egregious, but it wasn't devastating like the Rice video. I say 4 or 5 games. The rest of the regular season is a likely punishment.

But it's also been reported that the Chiefs are finding out about the video in real time. I wonder if the Hunt words were going off the report and not the video. I do think the NFL will step in and do something though.
