Rusty and a bit lost. He isnt an elite talent so he needs game reps to get I to his game. This will probably be his worst game of the year.

We turned the ball over the most we have since 1988 and still only lost by 2 to the no. 4 team in the nation.

I’d say at least 10 of those turnovers were us just being dumb and not Dukes “swarming pressure”.

We shoulda won by double digits.

Garrett led the team with 13 shots. Garrett should never lead this team in shots.

Ochai was quiet last 10 minutes.

SDS has a bunch of rust to knock of.

DMac has some nice plays, but still is either really sped up or makes passes too late that the defense can easily grab.

Dotson had an off night. Needs to finish better around the rim.

I still can’t get over Dotson passing to McCormack instead of the over the top lob to Dok. Jesus. That was a gimme dunk.

I meant that he isnt an elite physical talent. That was hard work and great effort built off of getting great reps in the games leading up to it.

It may be the first game, lot's of pressure.



But sDoyel is coming strong like it's the final 4.

Excited for Friday's game. I have to slide out of work early to get down to Lawrence for the game. May have to work late tomorrow to get my shit done but it will be worth it.

Dotson can't throw passes over the top or lobs. Sucked at it last year, refused to do it despite tons of opportunities tonight.

This team had no business losing to these turds. None. That’s why. The way we played is infuriating given the talent and experience we had returning.

If people think the problem tonight was Garrett taking too many shots, then we had a lot of people miss the game.

I wonder how many teams have EVER won a game while committing that many turnovers

Dotson did not play well. BUT. Missed free throws cost us the game really. Want to see better shooters on the floor late. Or athletes. B-Mac’s head was not in the game and he was very slow getting back on defense. A plodding team needs to hit free throws

In the end, everyone knows we lost because of the 28 TURNOVERS, right?
