It's sort of wild to think there's, what, a ~25% chance that come Sunday night the Chiefs are Phillip-Rivers-in-Arrowhead-in-January away from a Super Bowl.

It is pretty wild to think of that.
That NE/Bolts game is interesting. Chargers have been pretty lucky with their road games being pretty kind to them in terms of weather. Boston has a slight chance of snow and a wind chill in the teens for their game Sunday.
I think the Chargers are better than the Pats, but there is something about Foxboro in January with the cold temps. Game will probably be a 3 point game. I think the spread is 4, which seems high.

Something about it indeed.
That place is a fucking clown show. I am NOT saying there is a coordinated fix or something, but Brady and the rest are SO, SO good at playing to the home refs.

jfish's transition into a full blown chiefs fan is reaching 100% completion.

Covered by insurance and everything.
But come on - it's the exact same nonsense as what happens with Duke.

True. Did you see Brady run up to Walt Anderson at the end of the game a couple of weeks ago? Anderson is retiring, and he is the ref that made the crucial call in the "Tuck Rule" game. Brady and BB know how to work the stripes.

Duke is actually a coordinated fix.
Which, is the Kansas fan in me talking.

so onside kicks are apparently 4-52 for a whopping eight percent on the season, but only if you round up.
In terms of gameplay, how do you make that more exciting?

Ma Nishtana?
Actually, Demarcus Lawrence is the bigger idiot. I like that Talib has his teammate's/QB's back.
Hard not to like the home teams today.

Holy shit the Chargers are getting their ass pounded. Not what I was expecting. They really got the bad end of the stick this year with a 12-4 record. I mean, they are 12-4 playing on the road to a team that was 11-5.
We'll have our hands full with New England. Time for some payback. If our defense plays like it did against the Colts, we'll have a good chance.
