France players should not hang their heads. They showed so much resilience when they looked dead in the water with 10min to go.

The best game ever.
“I don’t remember anything he said, but it was a very memorable speech.” Julian Wright on a speech Michael Jordan gave to a group he was in

"But don’t ever get it twisted, it’s Rock Chalk forever." MG

It doesn't offend me, but if it offended some leaders of Qatar then, good?

Next World Cup:

“ Europe will get three extra spots and South America another two, with an extra four places each for Asia and Africa. Hosts USA, Mexico and Canada will qualify automatically, but there will still be another three qualifiers from CONCACAF, meaning it would take a really bad qualification campaign to miss out in 2026.”

Just another example of money over quality. Four more African qualifiers? Three more CONCACAF qualifiers?!

Sigh. Your comedy routine is maybe better suited for a messageboard of middleschoolers?

Why so many autobids? Is there always that many and I've just never noticed?

Letting the 3 hosts have autobids because of the expanded field. Japan and South Korea also both received autobids in 2002.

Argentina will also get an autobid in 26.

RIP, Pelé
Have we fallen into a mesmerized state that makes us accept as inevitable that which is inferior or detrimental, as though having lost the will or the vision to demand that which is good?
