I think he's making close to 12 million this season - whether he starts and plays big minutes (like most of last season) or comes off the bench and averages about 15 minutes a game. Sure, I figure he wants to play and perhaps if he was traded to a team that NEEDS him it would be better for him but it's not as if he's in a bad place playing for a bad team.
If Zion, Ingram, and McCollum stay healthy, he's on a really good team that can win a playoff series or two.
Now all that being said, of course if he doesn't play he's not going to get a big contract when his contract is up in a few years.
