I think most of the disagreement in the 911 thread was that people were using government-backed articles as if they are the authority. A lot of people in our society will just accept these articles from the government, which is disturbing.

Please explain in more detail. I'm curious what you mean. 3rd wave feminism is pretty strong, although it's getting a lot of push back (rightfully so). Are you just suggesting that outrage culture has taken over? 3rd wave feminism is very similar to the outrage culture, as both are born from a place of ignorance and misunderstanding.
