Just pointing out that “closing the entrance” or Build The Wall or razor wire buoys wouldn’t even be a start to addressing actual problems. And that’s what you’re focusing on. Have any one of you called your Red State/District office holders and asked how they are going to handle the demand side of the equation?
It’s going to be a situation where the cure is painful at first. All I know is that we can’t keep going like we have been. Living in a Texas border city was a little slice of Hell, but it was also a preview of what is in store for the rest of the country if something isn’t done soon.
Good grief. We've had that southern border with Mexico since the late 1840s and the "little slice of hell" is how wide, less than 50 miles? At that rate it will be a thousand years before any sort of majority of the country feels that. Just stop with the lame ass BS scare tactics. They obviously work on you but for those that can read a map and recognize just how vast the continental US is, they're just dumb.
I’m guessing you haven’t lived there.

I am not calling into question your description of what it was like in a city right next to the border. You're right =, I have not lived or even visited there nor will I be doing either any time soon if ever.

I am calling into question your statement that the rest of the country will find themselves facing the same issues "very soon".

Those of you who went to La Florida with me earlier in the week will recognize the guy being interviewed in the second video down. He is a superstar and a great and humble advocate for humanity doing good works to try and encourage understanding.

Mexico’s president slams Texas governor as ‘inhumane’

At a press briefing Thursday, Mexican President Andres Manuel López Obrador said Texas’ anti-immigration buoy barriers in the Rio Grande are “inhumane.”

Mexican officials made complaints against the use of the barriers in an official letter to the U.S. government last month. López Obrador’s comments come after two bodies were found in the Rio Grande Wednesday.

“No one should be treated like this,” López Obrador said at the briefing, according to CNN. “That kind of treatment does not come from a good person; only by being good can we be happy,”

López Obrador also directly called out Texas Gov. Greg Abbott (R) for his state’s use of the buoys.

Abbott said he will not move them after the Department of Justice (DOJ) threatened him with a lawsuit if he didn’t meet the deadline to do so.

I worked with him to detail the steel sculpture piece. He didn't like the legs, but I didn't like the idea of the thing rolling over and we only had a 6 inch slab to anchor it down. When it goes to Mexico we can discuss taking the middle legs out.

Keep an eye on the KCAI Campus in KC, we might see something happen there.

I don't know and I'm not sure if it is knowable, but I'll go out on a limb and guess that the President of the Utah Farm Bureau is not a registered democrat.

(They got it on video.)

seriously wondering if Biden could pick up some MAGA voters if he stops blaming the "prior administration" and just fucking owns the "barbaric" conditions in ICE under his watch.

"Pay"? Yeah, probably needs a little more context before I call those words total BS.
