Wow, this is a brilliant bit of deductive reasoning.

You know what I love most about you Wally? Your uncanny ability to take a complex situation and break it down into a factless common sense argument that even a simpleton like myself can understand.

If I am being intellectually honest, there is no difference between Obama and Biden. When I see them in photographs I even mistake one for the other, they are like identical twins.

And if I am being intellectually honest, there is no difference between 2008 and 2020. It’s like time stood still, nothing has changed, anywhere, for 12 years.

And if I am being intellectually honest, neither of them was running against a historically unpopular incumbent who had just turned the worst public health crisis of our lifetime into a political litmus test to divide our country.

I mean let’s get serious here; there is no way Biden could have won with all things being absolutely positively equal.

Now can you explain to me how progressive collapse of a structure is not possible again? Wait, no; save it for the Solstice afterparty. That will be better with beer.
What happened is trump talked shit about a dead guy who Arizonans love.

Judge dismisses case in Michigan which trump touted as a bombshell, because well, it had already been recounted and nothing was found and trump won Antrim County anyway and the rube who demanded another recount had no standing.

Bomb defused. Rubes lit.

The frauditors in Arizona announced breathlessly that ballot data had been "deleted". trumpublican Arizona Senate leader Fann was oUtRagEd! She demanded that Maricopa County produce these!

Turns out they were actually already produced just as Maricopa County officials told them they were. But Jethro Bodine and his cypher ninja frauditors had no idea what they were doing, so they couldn't find them. Jethro stated later, “I have the information I need from the recovery efforts of the data,”.

To decipher this for the rubes.....he opened the files they gave him.

https://www.cnn.com/2021/05/18/politics ... index.html

"Auditors hired by the Arizona state Senate backtracked Tuesday from claims that a key database had been deleted from Maricopa County's elections servers -- admitting in a hearing held by the Senate Republicans overseeing the audit that the data is intact and they'd been looking the wrong way. "

These morons have no idea how to do their jobs correctly. Lobster hasn't commented about all the knowledge that will come out of the audit ever since evidence has begun to trickle out about what an incompetent, fraudulent shitshow this audit truly is. Gee, I wonder why.

It seems that the State of Arizona may have to re-calibrate their voting machines or they may have to buy new machines, because of lapses in protocol in the handling of the machines by the frauditor team lead by cypherin ninja/boy genius/double naught spy, Jethro Bodine. The number I heard being tossed around is about $6M to fix the problem. Maybe they just let Maricopa County citizens only vote using the extra machines they have in storage in the 2022 mid terms. It would teach them a lesson for fucking up the 2020 election for the trumpublicans.

I've mentioned before that I have a close family member who was, by Fox, boiled like a frog. He's fully down the path on the "election security" stuff.

Here's the thing on this one: votes cast illegally already do not count. This is a solution in search of a problem, with obvious bad-faith intent.

Except that last line seems to indicate that proof that those votes are illegal is not required

it’s completely tarnished my view of one of the places for which i’ve got really fond childhood memories

the wife and i joked and chuckled, but it was just so “in your face” that it really did reduce my enjoyment of the trip
