8.5pts seems like a lot.

I think we can win this game.

I knew what you meant.

Another "we could win or we could get blown out" type of game.

Tote delay at multiple race tracks. People not happy they can't collect their winnings. Myself included.

well gee whiz wally....who could've seen these potential issues?

It's almost...almost...like making college athletics ONLY about money, may lead to some other not so great side effects.

Has this happened before? of course, lots of times, usually in the NE it seems, if memory serves. However, it's the onslaught of multiple issues all at once, multiple negative things, culmination of paths, all divergent from the "integrity of amateur atheltics", all swirling around damaging the sport(s).

Temple bench must not have been in on the fix. 15-21 FG and 4-7 3PT.

FWIW (nothing)

KU is 13-17-1 vs the spread.

Temple is 13-15-2 vs the spread.

Pacific is 6-24 vs the spread.

Minnesota is 21-7 vs the spread.

NICE! ^^^^^^

Yesterday I had two 5 team parlays and went 4-1 on both of them. Of course. GUTTERED.
Wake ML = W
USC ML = W
Maryland ML = W
Edm Oilers ML = W
Lakers -1.5 = L

UCLA ML = W
Providence ML = W
Texas ML = L
Penn State ML = W
Georgia -2.5 = W

Today, it's early and already we have a GUTTERED.
1st race at Abu Dhabi.
#2 horse (31-1 odds) will finish in the money. I have it to place 10$.
#3 horse/jockey slides way over, cuts off the #2, and bumps in to the #2 hard. Jockey falls off the #2 horse.
The #3 finishes 2nd.
Sheiks are congregating and basically saying what the fuck. Chaos (ok - that's a strong word) ensues. Judges can't figure out what to do. I have a pretty simple solution. Take down (disqualify) the #3 horse.
Nope. They didn't disqualify it. Ridiculous.

Moral of the stories are.....
1. I need to stop betting on horses.
2. I need to stop betting parlays.
3. I need to give pdub money and have him bet "smart" for me for a fee - and I need to stop being a dumb ass.

Do you bet on DraftKings?
Bc if so they have parlay insurance bonuses sometimes.

Last night I hit on Nuggets -4.5 and Siakam 15 plus points.

FanDuel for games. Twin Spires for Horses.
No doubt I should bet smarter (on FanDuel) but I am not betting enough money to give what I am doing too much thought.

Here we go....
42-1, 21-1, and 21-1, horses in the 3rd race at Turffontein in South Africa. No way the favorite at 2-1 is 10x better than the 3 horses at 42-1, 21-1, and 21-1.
There is a horse at 5-1 that I like. Going to bet the 5-1 on top in a trifecta and the favorite on top in a superfecta.
Because I did that, neither will be winners.
Let's see what happens.
