Taylor and Beyonce will come in holding riding crops and riding piggy back on Bush and Pence while the ghost of Ronald Reagan hovers overhead. The ghost will actually be just a large puppet and Barack will be up in the rafters pulling the strings. After the ladies dismount, they will all do a line dance together while a brass band plays The Internationale.

This will be a night to remember comrades!

Almost as glorious as that Last Supper thing at the Olympics!

The bigger questions is will there be baby killing on stage at the United Center or will the cabal reconvene in the basement of Lou Malnati's Pizzeria for that? Somebody check with Posobiec, he will be on top of that shit.

"Honored Guest", so well known they don't even need to put their names on the tags.
Speaking of which, there is allegedly a slot marked only as "surprise" on tonight's schedule. Let's take a guess at who it might be:

1) Taylor Swift
2) George W. Bush
3) Beyonce
4) Mike Pence

I don't think Beyonce is enough of a thing that she would need to be kept surprise do I really think it is one of the other three.
I just heard the sound checks in the United Center and as soon as they were done, someone yelled - "Quick! We need to make the change over from The Chicks and Pink to Tay Tay and B'".
BOOM!
P.S. I am kidding about the someone yelling.

Only live music I am supposed to be getting tonight is Brandi Carlile. Or is it?

When I look at all the names going across the chyron under the heading "Speaking Tonight", I think the only person at the convention who isn't speaking might be Gutter.

What's the over/under VP Harris' speech begins before 11:00 pm?

DNC plays Taylor Swift's 'Shake it Off,' adds fuel to rumors of surprise guest

Christopher Cicchiello
The DJ at the convention just played Taylor Swift's "Shake it Off," stoking rumors that Swift could make a guest cameo.

Many people are speculating Swift could make a surprise appearance tonight.

99, I didn't used to be a fan of Sharpton's either. I felt like he was all hat and no cattle, always playing for attention. When MSNBC gave him his own show I was like, WTF?

But over time, mainly by seeing him as a frequent guest on Morning Joe, it's obvious (to me) that Al has really grown into his role as a legitimate spokesman for Blacks in America, in an astounding way.

Great speech by Leon Panetta. He has seen some things, his message was very poignant.
