It’s no secret that I have Sen Cruz fairly close to the top on my list of worst people of all time. However, I hope people have the decency and humanity to give the family space and privacy to deal with a very difficult situation. There are plenty of reasons to ridicule and criticize Sen Cruz. This situation would be an exception.

Yes. Not sure why this is something being reported on.
I feel awful for the daughter who is now having to deal with this publicly. This type of stuff should be off limits.

Exactly. I hope his daughter gets the help she needs. I hope he supports her. Maybe this will give him a little insight and empathy.
