The problem the democrats face is that even the people who hated Trump are now admitting that their life was much better when Trump was in office. Democrats have just been driving this country into the ground, all for the purpose of making people more poor in hopes they will want more government to "save them".
It's going to be Taylor Swift, you dolt. Travis will be VP. Mahommie will be Chief of Staff and Pat Mahommie Sr will assume the role of Billy Carter.

I would just stop to note that this response - which immediately followed a post about substantive policy matters - is sort of the right's problem in a nutshell. When faced with (additional) evidence about the deep unpopularity of the MAGA platform, we get ... mealy-mouthed counterfactual nonsense.

I should add that I would love to see the democrats actually run a guy that is more honest and that people are excited about. RFK Jr. could have destroyed Trump in a debate. But the problem is, every single one of them is part of the same fabric that people are tired of. They need a Vivek.

Compared to what, Biden? Yang and Gabbard could probably do a lot better right now.

Word on the street is....
There are no current plans to replace Biden "very late in the year".
Even if there was, the two people you mentioned (Newsom / Obama) would have to want to be on the ballot. What makes you think they would?
I don't know why you used the word "changelings" but yes, there are other people who would be considered (and asked if they were interested) if Biden were not to run.

The rest of what you wrote is an even bigger bunch of narish. Not worth my responding to other than to say, VGR!

Well, homes are actually falling in price faster now than they were in 2006/07 when the last crash happened. You have to know (or should know) that home prices take years to bottom out. I'm sure you knew that.

Crashes are distinguishable from a bear market by their rapid decline over a number of days, rather than a decline over months or years. A crash can lead to a recession or depression in the overall economy and a subsequent bear market.
This go here?

Speaking of what happened in Los Angeles in 2008-2012, it wasn't a crash in one year. Declines of 10-15% happened many years, which some areas dropping 20% in 2009. After 5 years of declines, that's when you can say it "crashed". Real estate moves slow, but it does move.
