In fairness, it sailed over Bolton and bounced off the receiver. It was more of a UFO than a drop

The Niners defense is interesting. They have given up 20+ in 5 of their last 6 games, with only Washington failing to get there. The Chiefs have led for 2:05:36 this postseason. That's the fourth-most by a team entering the Super Bowl since 2000. As for the 49ers, they have led for 27:30. That's the least amount of time led by a team entering the Super Bowl since 2000.

They were 17th in pass defense in the regular season in terms of yards so you can throw on them.
Hopefully Chavarius Ward gets burned by MVS for a long TD.

Just saw that Charles Omenihu tore his ACL vs. Baltimore and is done. That fucking sucks.

Big time.
And it was going to be against his former team.
Really sucks.

I really hope Gay and/or Thuney are able to make it back from their injuries.

I think Willie Gay for sure - he almost played yesterday - was trending in the right direction.
I'm hearing rumors Thuney is very likely donezo and might just get surgery.

The running back added a hilarious response to the question of what he thinks of his neck injury. When asked, “Is it a stinger or what?” McCaffrey replied, “I don’t care at all. I mean, I was, we scored, that’s all I cared about. I don’t know. I’m not a doctor but I feel fine now.”

He's lying. They were working on him furiously on the bench. There is zero chance his neck isn't sore as fuck today....but have to imagine he'll be close to 100% in almost 2 weeks.

Saw where he said it was a stinger, was afraid he might have trouble hanging onto the ball so he didn't go back in. Hard to say how bad/long it might last if thought he might have issues with his hands/grip.

I hope he has a complete recovery....in about 2.5 weeks.

Well first you have to win so your odds are around 50/50.

And then on top of that are your regular is he even into her that much right now, is she, would he do that on the football field etc

I don't see how Mahomes and the offense don't put up 21+ points. Five of their last six opponents have done it. The last opponents vs. Niners defense:

31 by the Lions
21 by the Packers
21 by the Rams
10 by the Commanders
33 by the Ravens
29 by the Cardinals

Teams seem to be able to pass against the Niners lately and the Chiefs offense is clicking and will have 2 weeks to prepare. Meanwhile the Chiefs have shown that they can stop elite run offenses so far in this playoff run. Baltimore was #1 in rush yards/game in the regular season and the Dolphins and Bills were 6th and 7th. San Fran is #2.

Meanwhile, just one of the last six Chiefs opponents has gotten to 21 or more. The Bills scored 24 and still lost. First team to scored more than 21 wins?
