Does this dumbfuck realize that sure Georgia has a Republican Governor but she represents a state that went "Blue" in the 2020 Presidential Election and has two Democratic Senators?

But I do have a serious question - between this, and her previous assertion that insurrectionists are "prisoners of war", isn't she sort of making her seditious intent an open and shut case?

There's a very real possibility that these sort of bloviations end up getting her locked up.

I would also note that pesky 14th Amendment, which provides (in relevant part), that "[no] person shall be a Senator or Representative in Congress, or elector of President and Vice-President, or hold any office, civil or military, under the United States, or under any State, who, having previously taken an oath, as a member of Congress, or as an officer of the United States, or as a member of any State legislature, or as an executive or judicial officer of any State, to support the Constitution of the United States, shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof."

Then I guess I don't understand what other "very real possibility" you are talking about. Being a moron isn't against the law. Saying stupid shit like what she said isn't against the law. Is it immoral and disgusting from a member of Congress? Yes, obviously. Does it imply that she would actively lend her assistance to another insurrection? I have no doubt about it. Outside of that, I am not sure what you were getting at.

It's not unreasonable to think she has been, is or will be connected to criminal seditious/insurrectionist/terroristic activity. And she is giving a prosecutor ample, clear evidence of her favorable state of mind toward such activities.

In other words, her bloviations here could go a long way to establishing intent in a criminal case.
