I had a couple of neighbors sit in on a barbecue competition a while back. One of them got the bug and bought a giant Oklahoma Joe's offset smoker. Thing was massive. Prolly coulda done 6 briskets on it.

He took it home from another competition, the neighbors and I offered to help lift off of his truck. He declined and did it himself the next morning. Ended up in the hospital with a hernia.

I should add, the dood did not like "fatty" meats and mostly used the thing for boneless, skinless chicken breasts.

Half Tuna Melt, Half Meatball. Would alternate bites.
