Pulisic played a pretty average 1st half, and still created chances. In the 2nd half, he took off and really kept the foot on the pedal.
I forget how fast he is with the ball until I see him blow by a guy like he's stuck in mud.

High prices. But with a smaller stadium like that, expected. US may not play the bigger guys like Pulisic, Zardes and others. But maybe they'll want to win the group and go with the top 11.

Altidore with a sweet bicycle kick for the only goal.
USA finishes first in their group.
Anyone go?
Next up, surprise team Curacao.
Saturday night at 8:30 ET on FS1.

US B team beat Panama B team.
I'd imagine that US still does some resting of some guys on Saturday.
But they've kind of needed this. Some bad friendlies leading up to this. Now they've been playing well, and it's not just their top 11. They're playing different guys and they are doing the same thing.
Mexico/Costa Rica should be a good matchup, as will Jamaica and Panama.

thought about going, but would have wanted to sit in GA (which was packed)
surprised there were as many empty seats at midfield as there was
loved the bicycle kick (and the ovation for Pulisic)

Heard the middle seats were CONCACAFs doing. They reserve those seats and are responsible for giving them out. For those tickets that were sold, they were close to sold out I believe.

FS1 had the mics just right, and the stadium sounded energetic, engaged.
I was hoping all the middle vip seats were empty bc scalpers were trying to sell them for too much money and KC fan said fuck off.

Those were all CONCACAF-allocated seats. Nothing KC can do about them going unused.

The mouthbreathers rooting for France over their OWN COUNTRY because of Rapinoe's protests are hypocrites, false 'Patriots'.
