I'd imagine that US still does some resting of some guys on Saturday.

But they've kind of needed this. Some bad friendlies leading up to this. Now they've been playing well, and it's not just their top 11. They're playing different guys and they are doing the same thing.

Mexico/Costa Rica should be a good matchup, as will Jamaica and Panama.

surprised there were as many empty seats at midfield as there was

Heard the middle seats were CONCACAFs doing. They reserve those seats and are responsible for giving them out. For those tickets that were sold, they were close to sold out I believe.

FS1 had the mics just right, and the stadium sounded energetic, engaged.

I was hoping all the middle vip seats were empty bc scalpers were trying to sell them for too much money and KC fan said fuck off.

Those were all CONCACAF-allocated seats. Nothing KC can do about them going unused.
