Let's very much hope it's a sprain, even if grade 3.
So likely the worst type of sprain, which is normally six to eight weeks.
Not great - could have been worse.

Not the worst news but not nearly good enough to not be concerned. There's a decent chance he never plays in the NBA again, sadly.

He's 21 years old.
His improvement from his junior year to senior was significant.
I think someone gives him another shot.

You think so? Given that they have Gobert AND decided to use a first on Dok, there has to be somewhat of a future/relationship here right?

Definitely not saying there’s no chance, it’s just that it’s already very hard for borderline players even when there aren’t any setbacks.
He’s a big dude with a lower body injury that could take 6 months to fully heal. G League is over in like 3 weeks and it doesn’t seem like he’s part of the Jazz’s plan for this season. The team option in 8 months is looming.

Dang.
It’s been suggested, but at some point, instead of bouncing around on 2-way deals in the league, couldn’t Frank potentially make a lot more money, and even pursue a certain star status, by going the Keith Langford route?

If I were him, I would certainly look into it, because I think he would kill over there. COVID makes it a lot tougher decision for the immediate future.

I'm pretty sure he never started for Orlando - but of course I could be wrong.
I feel bad for the guy. Perhaps he may be best off playing overseas.
