I see the edge guy as an LB hybrid. Someone like DT would be nice!

Sam Darnold to Panthers for a 2021 6th rounder, and 2nd and 4th round picks in 2022.
Thought the Jets could get more, but they had do something to get rid of him. Darnold will push Bridgewater for the starting gig in 2021.

That should be decently high 2nd's and 4th's.
I don't know what to think of this -- maybe Darnold can revitalize.

Probably good for all 3 parties. Jets get some capital. Panthers have a competition at QB. Darnold gets a fresh start without a dingbat for a HC.

If you take Tannehill as an example of just getting out of Gase's clutches, Darnold may end up being worth more than those picks.

I would have probably preferred Darnold over Dalton.

Garrett, yes. Clowney, no. At this stage in his career Clowney is more of a 'name' than he really he is a player. Good rotational piece and the best of the DEs that were available but there is a reason he was available for this long.

I think Clowney can still be a problem 1-on-1

Chiefs under/over wins set at 12.
( also, according to Vegas, AFC West is gonna be damn good this season )

I'm not as high as others are on the AFC West. And Vegas has beat me dozens if not hundreds of times.
Chargers are the 2nd best team in the division. But they have a first year coach. Herbert is legit though. They need some offensive weapons again.
Raiders gonna Raider. Will never trust them over 16 games.
Broncos don't have a QB. Lock is fine, but he isn't capable of going against Mahomes head-to-head. Don't trust Vangio.

Why do I get the feeling that at some point and time the Chiefs will have either Schwartz or Fisher back in uniform next year.
Chiefs, Chargers, and then like you mentioned, Newton everyone else.

I expect Fischer and Schwartz back myself. Would like a W/R and defense to feel good about the draft

I want to go on record as saying this is going to be Jody Fortson's break out year. I thought it would be last year but with COVID cancelling OTAs and the preseason he didn't get the chance to shine. Now with his move to TE I believe he could have a potential break out year.
1. I wonder what is going on with Honey Badgers extension. I thought that was all but done a month ago.
2. Is Breeland coming back? If not Chiefs have to go corner at some point in the draft.
3. Obvious o-line decisions
4. LB in the draft? WR? All the above.
