Trump says he didn't reach out to A-Rod. Either Trump is lying or "multiple sources" gave misinformation.
Gee, I would give Trump the benefit of the doubt but......
On another note, I've met and have spoken with Steve Mnuchin. I know his way of speaking and his mannerisms.
I just watched him on Face the Nation. Clearly he was prompted on the questions and he gave robotic responses. He's become a zombie Trump puppet. He has literally sold his soul to the devil.
I like to believe he genuinely had good intentions when he went to work for our country but today I say - shame on him!

Whitmer has repeatedly called on Trump to declare a national disaster in connection with the pandemic and did obtain a limited disaster designation for the purposes of accessing federal small business loans. That designation is separate from a major disaster declaration for a stand does not come through FEMA, officials said.
Shorter version: She was bitching at Trump for dragging his heels, when the state hadn't done its part yet.
Isnt Vice President Mike Pence the head of the federal coronavirus task force, serving as the point person for the administration in their policies and procedures as well as coordinating efforts across the nation?
If the federal government's aid is only available to states if they follow a specific order of tasks such as submitting specific forms to specific agencies, then competent leadership would spend their time on calls with every single governor of every single state to know these requirements and help them work through the process as fast as possible. If Pence has reached out to every single governor and this information has not been shared then he is incompetent.

Among the reasons Trump changed the briefings to 5:00pm from in the morning, is because Andrew Cuomo was following Trump's briefings in the morning, and eating his lunch by appearing to be something Trump could never hope to be, competent.
Unfortunately for the local TV stations, they can't collect money for commercials they aren't showing for > 1 hour, and they're feeling it.

Talk about a "snowflake". Having a habitually lying malignant narcissist as our president was always problematic. Remember when we expressed our hopes he wouldn't get tested as president, knowing all the while he likely would? And now, a pandemic, that he sees as a threat to his re-election chances more than an occasion to rise to and fulfill his oath of office? Sadly, it comes as no surprise.
