But this isn't the Redskins thread.
Nice.

They picked up Southern Illinois in case the game is played.

Why would any college athlete worth a damn (any professional prospect) play this year? It’s ludicrous.

KU tested 136 athletes and 20 coaches. All came back negative.

Can we add that to the Ring of Fame?

In all seriousness Big 12 wants to move forward as scheduled. There optimism is refreshing.

SEC will just argue the winner of this is the national champ:

Mitch might be a bitch but he's a kind and compassionate bitch. At least in this regard.

ACC has 10+1 rule. 10 conference games. 1 non-con but has to be in a state with another ACC team.

KU-Boston College game in jeopardy this year. Only option to play BC this year is to play there has have them come to town later on. Cancel the game all together. Or reschedule with another team that might have had a cancellation of an ACC game.

Big 12 going to decide soon what their schedule format looks like. My guess is 2 non-con games and 9 conference games. Try to match other conferences that are doing 10-11 games.

KU has first recruit of 2022 class. 3 star QB Austin Myers out of Arkansas. KU was first offer. Dearmon was head recruiter for him. Interest started to appear from schools like Tennessee, Florida State and Iowa State although no offers yet from them.

In very much theory, the B12 goes with a full conference slate plus one non con game.
Who does KU keep?

Confirmed that Big 12 is going 9+1. I think the one is going to be Southern Illinois. Get a win. BC isn’t coming. No point in playing at Coastal.

CB Kameron Grays from Alabama has committed to KU for 2021 class. Offer list is impressive. Auburn, Florida State, Indiana, Missouri and others. Big kid at 6’2 210 lbs. Will play WR in spots. Basically the opposite of what Talib was here.

Dearmon the lead guy again. He’s been as impressive as he could be since he got here. Both on the field and in crootin. I’d be ok if Long made him HCIW by years end.

Don’t forget Chevis. He was also on Grays. If Les can keep this staff together for another couple of years we might really have something special.
Pretty nice to see ALL of the assistant coaches out ‘crootin compared to past regimes were one was doing all of it.

Big Ten has canceled fall football season. No word on whether it will be in the spring or canceled all together. Presidents voted 12-2 to cancel the year. Iowa and Nebraska only presidents that wanted to continue season.

First domino has fallen. MAC doesn't count.

Other P5 conferences might follow suit within a few days.

I'm guessing all conferences will announce this and then eventually cancel fall sports.

Chiefs Texas is one month from today. Just hoping to get some NFL this year at this point. If Royals fall off a cliff, and there's no sports until April 2021, I'm going to be very bored. MLS not enough to keep me full.

It'll be a miracle if the NFL season can make it through to the Super Bowl.
It's a miracle we need.

After the NCAA tournament was cancelled I stopped caring. It's the worst thing that could happen sports wise, so I'm just looking at it like nothing else can really bother me now in terms of sports being cancelled.
